Beau's owner had to move and could not take Beau with him to his new residence. He was also going to school full time and didn't have enough time for Beau. So Beau came to my rescue where he stayed for less than a week before a couple fell in love with him.
They have Lexie, a doxie that looks exactly like Beau, so he will have a lifelong companion doxie in his new forever home.

Peanut is a mini who only weighed a little over 6 lbs. when I got him out of the shelter. He wasn't neutered, his coat was a mess and he had some gray on his muzzle. He never would have been adopted. I brought him home, gave him 2 baths, had him neutered, treated him for kennel cough and expected to have him for a while before finding him the right home. Wrong! He was exactly what a senior couple were looking for. His days of hunger and misery are over. He is loved and spoiled as he should be.

Rozarka was found on the side of the road several months ago. Her adoptive home didn't work out the first time because Frieda didn't like the grandkids. Now Frieda has a new name and a new home with no kids. Hopefully, this is her final forever home.

Kobe ended up in a kill shelter at a very young age but was lucky enough to be adopted by a wonderful family. Although Kobe was in a wonderful home, after a couple of years he & the other male doxie he lived with decided not to be friends anymore. So they gave Kobe up to rescue so he could be adopted by a new family with a female doxie where he is very loved and cared for.

Daisy was brought to the shelter after being hit by a car. She had head trauma and it was not known if she was ever going to be normal. Daisy improved very quickly and when Eileen saw her picture, she fell in love. Eileen had just lost her 15 year old doxie and needed Daisy to mend her broken heart and Daisy needed a loving home of her own.

Sadie (on the right) was dumped at the local shelter as soon as her pups were ready to sell for Christmas gifts. She was so frightened and not used to being treated kindly by humans. Now she is in a very loving home where she has a doxie buddy named Oscar and 2 loving people who will teach her the good life.

Hingle is a sweet, docile, tiny little girl whose family just didn't have time for her so they turned her over to rescue. There was a home waiting for her with lots of love.

Louie (named after Louis Vitton) is a wild boar puppy bought from a breeder. When the family's child became allergic to the dogs, they had to go. Louie was lucky enough to find Judy and vice versa. It's a perfect match.

Teddy came from the local shelter in extremely sad condition. He was very neglected and does not know how to respond to people or love and attention. He is truly a special needs dog. Teddy is in his new home with a new mom and dad who can teach him what a loved Doxie's life should be like.
